Payment
We accept payments by money order, cheques, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. We currently accept payment in Canadian and US dollars. If paying by USD payment can be sent by money order or cheque. If paying by any other method payment must be converted to Canadian dollars.
All orders shipped within Canada have applicable taxes. There is NO tax on most pure silver and pure gold items, regardless of the shipping destination. Taxes for individual provinces and territories are as follows: British Columbia 5% HST; Alberta 5% GST; Saskatchewan 5% GST, 5% PST; Manitoba 5% GST, 7% HST; Ontario 13% HST; Quebec 5% GST, 9.5% PST; Newfoundland 13% HST; Nova Scotia 15% HST; New Brunswick 13% HST; Prince Edward Island 5% GST, 10% PST; Northwest Territories 5% GST; Nunavut 5% GST; Yukon Territory 5% GST.
Paypal & Credit Cards
In most cases we do not accept PayPal & Credit Cards on international orders over $1000. Please Contact us in case where your order exceeds maximum total.
Shipping (Shipping rates for auctions are different)
Your items will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the day of placing your order. The PRE-ORDER items will have delayed shipping date. All items are fully insured when shipped!

Shipping to the USA:
$9.95 for orders under $100

International Shipping:
For bigger packages shipped internationally, shipping prices may be adjusted. We will contact you via email in such case after your order has been placed. You will have the option of paying the extra shipping cost or cancelling the order.
$24.95 for orders up to $200 (If shipping costs more then $35, we will contact you to adjust shipping)
$39.95 for orders between $200-$1500 (If shipping costs more then $50, we will contact you to adjust shipping)
$1500+ in most light orders it's free. (We cover the first $50)
FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE: bullion, $20 for $20's, $50 for $50's or $100 for $100's coins etc.
We can ship to virtually to any address in the world. There are restrictions on some bullion related products, and some heavy products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your location. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
All buyers are responsible for any kind of import charges. This includes customs fees, and taxes.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please be advised that we are not responsible for the item prior to its arrival at our office, whether lost or damaged. Please make sure that your item is packaged securley.
If an item or items are returned without any good reason 10% restocking fee may apply. London Coin Centre Inc has sole discretion in when the restocking fee applies.
Typographical Errors
In situation that our product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we might cancel your order. We will contact you via email in such situation with an option of paying the difference for the product. If you choose to have the order cancelled or no response will be received from you, you will be refunded via the method you have paid.
Please be advised that pictures posted on our website might be stock photos, thus it might not be the exact product you receive.
