Canadian, Maltese, and British Medals Awarded to Sgt. A.G. Johns. Royal Air Force (Includes Paperwork, Notes, Photos Etc.). Included in the lot is a full sized bar with a Battle of Britain star, North Africa star, 1939-1945 Defense Medal, 1939-1945 War Medal, British General Service cross, 1939-1960 National Service medal, and a 1992 Maltese Heroism and Devotion medal. Included is also a miniature bar with versions of the same medals. (All WWII medals included in the group are replacements.)

 

Sgt. Albert George Johns was born Dec. 26th 1917 in Penzance, England. He was a member of the R.A.F. and travelled all over North Africa and the Middle East (photos of him in these locations included). Many of his personal notes are included that have not been searched through. He died in the 1990s. A perfect lot for anyone who enjoys research.
